The Conference:
The program features experts in the mental health field of sexuality and gender, along with leading Orthodox Rabbinic authorities and clinical professionals with experience working with LGBT people from the Orthodox and Hasidic community. They will present cases, review the latest research and develop a conceptual framework in which therapists and Orthodox rabbis can work together to offer the best care.
This Conference is designed for mental health professionals, educators, and rabbinic leaders.

The 8th Annual JQY PURIM Bash and Megillah Reading 3/4/15

The 8th Annual JQY PURIM Bash and Megillah Reading!

Presented by JQY & JCC Manhattan

Dust off those costumes, and break out the groggers! 
Join over 300 friends, old and new, for our 8th Annual LGBTQ Community Purim Party and 7th Annual Megillah Reading, complete with appetizers, Hamantaschen, an OPEN BAR, costume contest and dance party!

Date: Wednesday, March 4th
Time: 6:30 PM Megillah Reading; 8:00 PM Party and Costume Contest
Cover: $20.00 ($10.00 for students at the door)
Location: JCC Manhattan, 334 Amsterdam Ave. at 76th St, NYC

We begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a special traditional Megillah reading by members of our own community! The festivities continue 8:00 p.m into the night with an OPEN BAR, dancing, yummy food, and a costume contest with prizes!

Come for the Megillah, come for the dancing, or just come to fulfill the Mitzvah of getting so drunk that you can't tell the difference between Esther and Mordechai!
...At this party that may be easier than you think!
